About Pepper

Pepper is an unapologetic bra brand that makes perfectly-fitting bras for AA-B cups. The brand is on a mission to intentionally designed to celebrate small-chested bodies in all their glory. As their Director of Brand Marketing, my role was to help achieve that mission by driving brand awareness and customer obsession.

My proudest moments:

Led buzz-worthy and splashy launches for over 20 new product styles and limited-edition colors

Oversaw organic social where we almost 2x our IG followers and 3x our TikTok followers, while steadily increasing engagement rates

Co-led new brand direction and visual branding which launched Summer 2023.

Conceptualized the company's core values, the new gold standard for onboarding new employees and solidifying the company’s internal ethos
